Case study: hr team @ retail organization
Having customers speak on a vendor’s behalf is a powerful way to share the story and move the needle with prospects.
For this project, I helped clearly articulate the value a major retailer and customer of Benefitfocus found using their solutions and services.
Project Scope:
- Defined creative brief including customer history, story angle and interview questions
- Conducted the interview with the customer and transcribed the audio
- Produced the written case study, sharing the customer’s unique story of how Benefitfocus solved their challenge
