For this project, I delivered an in-depth look at the need for HR and benefit teams to make a shift from process-focused to insight-driven management with technology.

Project Scope:
- Delivered a 12-page white paper outlining the trends impacting the benefits function and how to achieve an insights-driven approach
- Introduced a new maturity model to help HR and benefit teams define their current level of success, which was also turned into a digital tool
- Produced surrounding content, including email copy, social posts and ad copy
